INCOME STATEMENT #1
This income statement reports current month actual income and expenses
and gives percentages of those expenses based on collections. It
also shows year to date actual income and expenses and percentages
year to date. This report details the following:

- Adjusted Charges
- Adjustments
- Fees Collected
- Total Income
Operating Expenses
- Line item for each expense
- Net profit or (loss)
INCOME STATEMENT # 2
This income statement reports the same line items as income statement
#1 but also compares the current actual month-to-date figures with
the same month last year and gives the variance between the two
figures. It also gives the same comparison between current year-to-date
figures and last year’s figures for the same period including
variances.
INCOME STATEMENT #3
This income statement compares all the income and expense figures
to the budgeted amount for the current month and also year to date
with variances listed.
GENERAL LEDGER
Every expense is coded and all purchases listed individually under
the appropriate line item expense. The general ledger confirms all
expense numbers and is a system for checks and balances. All income
line items are coded and listed as well.
