| My personal and professional lives have forever
changed as a result of my practice’s relationship with Key Dental
Systems. Due to the potential that Key saw in me and my team, and
has now helped me to uncover in my practice, I am excited about going
to work every day.
We have always provided nothing less than comprehensive, high quality
care to every patient that enters our practice. I used to believe
that I could not perform the type of care that I have trained for
over 14 years to be able to provide and have a highly profitable
practice at the same time.
Through the training that I have received from Key Dental Systems
in the areas of leadership skills, personnel management, business
systems, schedule management, and budgeting and profitability, my
attitude has changed. I have much higher expectations of myself
and my team. We are remarkably more productive, we are more responsible
to each other, we communicate better with our patients, our service
level has not diminished, and the quality of our care has not suffered;
in fact, it has probably improved.
Everyone wants to discuss numbers. We became Key clients in January
of 2003. At year’s end 2003, after one year’s relationship
with Key Dental Systems, our practice’s gross collections
were up 18%. This year, as of May 31, 2004, in comparison with the
same period in 2003, our first 5 months with Key, we are up 28%.
Comparing our numbers for the first five months of 2002, the year
before Key, our collections this year in the same period are up
45%. My practice and personal financial outlooks have certainly
improved.
Solvency and financial freedom are nice rewards for our efforts,
but I am equally proud of my personal growth and confidence as a
leader in my business. I am grateful to Key Dental Systems for helping
to change my practice and to change me.

If I had to pick one word to describe the Key Dental philosophy,
it would be accountability. As soon as the Doctor and the
dental team hold themselves accountable, then you have everyone
working towards a common goal. The Key Dental plan has been simplified
with easy to follow manuals as well as phone support. If you follow
the plan, you will receive incredible results. I did, and had the
benefit of seeing a 28% increase in my gross revenues.
